MSE provide full design and application support. Parts can either be selected from thousands of existing products or else a new bespoke solution can be designed to meet unique customer requirements. In-house Finite Element Analysis can be used to ensure designs are ‘right first time’ thereby reducing the time required to bring new products to full production.

100% Testing of Rubber Batches

All batches of rubber are controlled and 100% tested prior to being accepted for production.  existing productsThis ensures traceability through to the finished product and also suitability of the rubber batch to meet the customers requirements.

Technical and designing services are available from our own application engineers for new and existing problems.  



Infrastructure / Testing Facilities

TESTING FACILITIES 

All parts are inspected according to detailed specifications. Full CMM capability ensures MSE can accurately check goods received prior to accepting them for production. Preparing metals in a specific and controlled way is essential to achieve successful vulcanisation and bond integrity between rubber and metal interfaces. This is normally achieved as a combination of shot blasting and bonding agent application
